Female IQ Episode 37: Poop! There It Is!! (+ An Important Public Service Message)

A surprising number of our clients/friends have told us they only do the doo every few days and they think that’s normal. SPOILER ALERT: It’s not. Many have also complained about constantly feeling bloated or lethargic due to poor digestion.

Female IQ not only believes every woman has something intelligent to say—we also believe going #2 should be a “poo-ority.” In this podcast, we give you several helpful tips to regular trips to Toiletville.

Also, and this is where we transition to a more serious and heartfelt tone, in this podcast we talk about teen suicide. Having lost too many souls in the past and the recent suicide of a teen both Laura and Becca knew, Female IQ felt like it was time to reach out and start the conversation.

Becca recently purchased a baby goat and she will be working with child/teen psychologist Dr. Debi Lynes to train the goat to be a therapy animal for youths suffering from anxiety. Also, in a few months, we will be interviewing Dr. Debi Lynes about ways we as parents can detect signs and symptoms of anxiety/depression and how to take appropriate actions.

In the meantime, check out Dr. Debi Lynes’ podcast and, in February, she will interview Female IQ about aging and nutrition.

“We believe every woman has something intelligent to say. Let’s listen.”
