Synthetic chemicals can block your metabolism and negatively affect your hormones so let’s remove them from your life. Here’s how:
STEP 1: Avoid parabens. You will find parabens in toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotions, make up and detergents. Parabens are fake estrogen preservatives.
Step 2: Avoid phthalates. You will find phthalates in shampoos, deodorants, hair gels and hairsprays for fragrance, as well as when you microwave your food in plastic containers.
STEP 3: Avoid sodium lauryl sulfate. You will find sodium lauryl sulfate in beauty and cleaning products.
